Delivery &Shipping Policy
Sasaco make deliveries in both Australia & worldwide.
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service team for assistance of tracking at email@example.com.
International orders are sent with standard airmail service. This service comes with tracking your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-8 working days.
Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you receive a damaged item or wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery.
Orders sent outside Australia
1. Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chose.
2. Free postage over $100 is for parcels sent o an Australian adress only.
3. The delivery fees for international orders is just an estimated amount, which showed online. Our customer service will email you the final price of the delivery fee after you made an order.
Refunds and Returns
We hope all customers are happy with our products. We do accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have been worn or washed.
Sasaco is not responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
